it's actually easier done. the problem is getting over the laziness. i noticed APC students are prone to making excuses. (CSB kids used to be that way but the last sections i handled had become mature.) you'll never grow up that way. there's a certain point where you must take responsibility for everything (like i always tell people to stop blaming their parents or traffic or whatever) in order to become independent.

you can't control those situations, but you can control your responses to them. like if you know it's going to be traffic, then put a buffer on your schedule. if you were raised by lousy parents, then stop using them as an excuse, set yourself free from that paradigm, and make your own man (woman/person) out of yourself.

EDIT on number 6:
if you're not dead in 20 years, you may be spending all your hard-earned money on hospital bills for illnesses that are related to overworking (carpal tunnel syndrome etc.).

pag may officemate ako dati noon na gusto 2AM namin tapusin yung deadlines, napapa-away ako. hahahahaha! as in close to sasabunutan ko siya. (mga last minute dagdag na tipong di naman kailangan in the first place.)

pag sinabi din niya na i have to skip lunch so we can work, away yan. the abma professors know only so well na pag nagsimula ako mag-talak (hindi naman towards them of course), gutom lang ako. (ms. agnes, ms. alon and ms. cris keep joking about this fact.)
